Terms and
Conditions of Business
The Terms and
Conditions below apply to all training events run by TrainingPeople.biz
where there is a charge for attendance.
Booking policy
Bookings are accepted by our website, telephone, email, fax or in
writing. Telephone bookings should be confirmed in writing as soon
as possible. Where applicable, a purchase order should be submitted.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are strictly payment in advance either by credit card
(website) or on foot of our invoice. All fees must be paid prior
to training.
Post Training
support
TrainingPeople.Biz offers all delegates reasonable post training
support. This service is operational during normal business hours.
Complaints
If a delegate has any reason for complaint, this must be submitted
in writing to the organisers within seven days after the course
delivery date. All complaints will be dealt with thoroughly and
if a situation where amicable resolution is not possible, then the
complaint will be referred to an agreed, independent third party
for arbitration. The results of any subsequent arbitration will
be binding on both parties.
Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations by delegate:
All fees must be paid in advance and cancellations received in writing
or by e-mail ten working days prior to commencement of the workshop,
will receive a refund minus £5 handling fee. Cancellations
received by any means within ten working days prior to the workshop
will forfeit the seminar fee.
TrainingPeople.biz
reserves the right to postpone or reschedule any course, without
penalty, if circumstances outside our control make it impossible
or impractical to deliver a pre-booked event. Under these circumstances
the delegate would be offered the choice of an alternative date
or a full refund. All events will run subject to sufficient numbers
