TrainingPeople.biz through its founding partners McCormack Associates and New Ways of Working, has been involved in the design and delivery of a significant number of projects for various clients since 1996. The key to effective training in any organisation is to assess as early as possible the prior knowledge of those selected for training. Once this has been completed, a personal training needs analysis can be developed and in many cases, those involved may require short, sharp training in specific skills areas. Our short courses/modules can operate as short, sharp stand alone training shot or can be integrated into your own organisation's training programme.
