Short Courses/Modules for business organisations......

TrainingPeople.biz through its founding partners McCormack Associates and New Ways of Working, has been involved in the design and delivery of a significant number of projects for various clients since 1996.

The key to effective training in any organisation is to assess as early as possible the prior knowledge of those selected for training.

Once this has been completed, a personal training needs analysis can be developed and in many cases, those involved may require short, sharp training in specific skills areas.

Our short courses/modules can operate as short, sharp stand alone training shot or can be integrated into your own organisation's training programme.

All courses are provided with on-line resources so that participants can refer to course material and download handouts as and when required.

A full listing of all our business training courses/modules is available for download here in .pdf format.

"That is what learning is. You suddenly understand something you've understood all your life, but in a new way."

Doris Lessing

Doris Lessing was born Doris May Tayler in Persia (now Iran) on October 22, 1919. Lessing's fiction is deeply autobiographical, much of it emerging out of her experiences in Africa.

Drawing upon her childhood memories and her serious engagement with politics and social concerns, Lessing has written about the clash of cultures, the gross injustices of racial inequality, the struggle among opposing elements within an individuals own personality, and the conflict between the individual conscience and the collective good.
