The 60 Second Commute
A Manager's Guide to eWorking
by Riona Carroll

The idea of working remotely from the main centre of business operations has been around for a very long time. Nowadays, the laptop has taken the place of the lathe and the mouse has taken over the needle and thread and while this technological revolution has transformed how we do business, eWorking will not deliver benefits to individuals or employers unless the wider issues are well understood.

Sometimes, managers perceive eWorkers as being difficult to manage while there are employees who aspire to eWorking as a means of achieving a better work balance. Both groups need to assess accurately the impact of eWorking on their respective work and family circles. Hopefully, eWork - The Manager's Guide to the Sixty Second Commute will contribute to a better understanding all around.

In today's commercial environment, the pressures of road space, commuting time, broadband availability and housing costs have combined to produce a situation where a remote working option has become a real solution to a social, economic and business challenge.

Errigal
Co Donegal

A magnificent print from an original photograph by Joe McCormack

Errigal, located at almost 55N and 8W is one of Donegal's most recognised places - situated in Gweedore, Donegal, is the tallest peak of the Derryveagh Mountains in the Northwest of Ireland with a height of 749 metres - 2,457 feet.

Errigal is also the most southern, steepest and highest of the mountain chain, called the 'Seven Sisters' by locals (Muckish, Crocknalaragagh, Aghla Beg, Ardloughnabrackbaddy, Aghla More, Mackoght (also known as 'little Errigal') and Errigal.

This splendid print captures the mystery, colours and spirit of a very special place which continues to entrace and entrail both vistors and locals alike. It's constantly changing landscape, the sparkle of it's quartz glinting in the sun after a shower of rail is a sight to remember.

Please note: If you prefer the loadload version which you can then print and mount to your own personal taste, we will email you the file by return within 24 hours.
