How the "Sharpen Your Skills" format works......

This "Sharpen Your Skills" Symposium has three seperate sessions

Session 1
EFFECTIVE MARKETING STRATEGIES FOR RETAIL AND SERVICE SUPPLY BUSINESSES
Starting at 3.45pm and 6.15pm

Session 2
MERCHANDISING, PROMOTION AND DISPLAY TECHNIQUES
Starting at 3.45pm and 6.15pm

Session 3
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Starting at 3.45pm and 6.15pm

Each session focusses on a different area of particular interest to participating businesses.

Within each session, there are two different workshops and each workshop will be repeated during the course of the "Sharpen Your Skills" Symposium.

This means that each participant can attend a maximum of four different workshops throughout the event. Where a business sends two representatives, this means that all six workshops can be covered thereby ensuring that each participating business derives maximum benefit from "Sharpen Your Skills."

Participating businesses will be invited to nominate the sessions that they would like to attend throughout the day.

When booking, please take care to avoid duplication as you make your choice that you do not book the same session twice!
