Gerry Faloona

Gerry Faloona has experiential learning from a diverse range of Management and Consultancy roles - Sales and Sales Management; Territory management; Business To Business Services; Training & Development and a Public Sector Business Development role. Currently he is Director and one of the Principal Consultants with ETE - Essential Training Experiences, as well as being a Director in other companies.

Gerry is a long standing Member of the Chartered Management Institute and holds the institutes Diploma in Management Practices. He has worked as an Investors In People Advisor, an NVQ trainer, D32 / D33 Assessor and was both NEB's and ILM centre co-ordinator for a locally based training and development organisation.

He has a personal hands on approach to people development, never happier than when delivering a motivational, educational presentation in his own humorous, animated yet professional manner.
