Establishing and managing a successful business can be a tricky challenge for most people and the Develop a Business Programme looks at each of the elements of business development which are necessary to drive matters forward.

These programme modules represent the most common areas in which practical help and advice are required. Participating businesses will have access to workshops in each of these topics and this will be supported by specially designed workbooks. Additionally, participating businesses will have access to a number of one line resources which will enable further study and review material to be made available. There are also four, half day, mentoring sessions included in the support system for the programme.

Taken together, these resources will help participating businesses to put their own particular jig saw together in order to develop their potential, grow their profits and prepare for the future.
