"Few people would consider starting a business today without using the internet. On the other hand, many businesses started in the last few years have grown quickly and their IT resources have been developed in an ad hoc manner.

Business growth can be impeded if the IT infrastucture is not geared to the needs of the business or costs are not controlled"

INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY

The application of Information, Communications, and Technology (ICT) in a small business is diverse and growing in importance. It encompasses the production process, marketing, financial control and management information systems. Overall, ICT has revolutionised the way small businesses conduct their activities. Effective use of ICT in your business can make you more efficient, save you time, increase productivity and ultimately improve your financial position.
